We build software and put AI to work in your business.

AI Assistant Studio is a software agency focused on custom development and AI automation. We build products from scratch, automate repetitive work with AI agents, and get apps you built with AI coding tools ready for real users.

Sample review report

Your AI-built app works. Will it hold up with real users?

AI coding tools can get a working product out in a few weeks. The hard questions start when the first users arrive: where do the keys live, is the data backed up, who hears about it when something breaks? We review your code, rank the risks, and take the app to production with you.

If any of these sound familiar

  • The app runs fine in the demo, but you hesitate to launch it.
  • AI wrote most of the code and nobody fully understands it.
  • An investor, customer or enterprise buyer sent a security questionnaire.
  • Every new feature breaks something that used to work.
  • Your LLM and hosting bill is growing faster than expected.

How it works

  1. 01

    Review

We look at your code and infrastructure with read-only access, then deliver a written report with each finding's severity, impact and recommended fix.

    Prioritized findings report

  2. 02

    Hardening

We fix the critical findings ourselves or close them together with your team, and set up the release process, monitoring and backups.

    Fixed code and working infrastructure

  3. 03

    Advisory

As your team keeps building with AI tools, we stay on for regular code review, architecture decisions and good practices.

    Ongoing review and guidance

After handover, you keep building your product with your own AI, safely

See the full example flow
  1. Your AI assistant

You make the change with your own assistant, as usual, and share it.

  2. Automatic

    developmentv1.5.0

Every change you share is deployed to development automatically. That's where you try it first.

  3. When you approve

    stagingv1.5.0

If everything looks right, you promote it to staging for a final check in the environment closest to production.

  4. When you approve

    productionv1.4.2

If staging is clean, you update production. Every release is recorded with a version number.

Rollback. If something unexpected happens, you roll production back to the previous version, such as v1.4.1, in one step.

Automation examples

Every business runs differently. These are examples of flows we can build. We work out which ones fit you on the first call.

About AI automation

Inbound request handling

  1. Starts withWeb form or email
  2. Reads the request and identifies the topic
  3. Extracts company and contact details
  4. Creates a CRM record and assigns an owner
  5. ResultSales starts from a ready record

Document processing

  1. Starts withInvoice, order or contract PDF
  2. Extracts the fields from the document
  3. Checks totals and dates
  4. Sends uncertain fields for approval
  5. ResultData lands in your accounting or ERP system

Customer support assistant

  1. Starts withWebsite, WhatsApp or email
  2. Answers from your own documentation
  3. Looks up order and booking status
  4. Hands off to the team when it can't help
  5. ResultYour team only handles requests that need a person

Weekly report

  1. Starts withEvery Monday at 09:00
  2. Collects sales, support and ad data
  3. Compares it with the previous week
  4. Summarizes the notable changes
  5. ResultLeadership gets a one-page summary

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Intro call

In 30 minutes we talk through what you want to build, where things stand and what the constraints are. Free.

  2. 02

    Scope and proposal

You get a written scope, a timeline and a fixed-price proposal. Anything still uncertain is marked as such.

  3. 03

    Build

We work in two-week cycles. At the end of each one we walk through a working build with you.

  4. 04

    Launch and support

We take the product live, set up monitoring, and continue with maintenance or new work afterwards.

How we work

You own the code
Repositories, servers and accounts are opened in your name from day one. If you stop working with us, everything stays with you.
Something to see every week
We show progress with a build you can open and use, not with status slides.
AI where it helps
We use AI where it speeds up the work. Steps with financial, medical or legal consequences stay with a person.
Clear scope
We put in writing what we will do, what we won't, and what is still uncertain.

Frequently asked questions

How does a project start?

Usually with a clear, measurable first step, such as a review report, a single automation or the first version of an MVP. You see how we work together before any larger commitment. Code, accounts and infrastructure are always set up in your name and stay yours.

Which technologies do you use?

On the web we mostly use Next.js, React and TypeScript; on the server Node.js and Python; and PostgreSQL for data. For AI we work with OpenAI, Anthropic and open-source models, and with n8n or custom services for automation. If you have an existing project, we work in its stack.

Will you rewrite my AI-generated code?

Usually not. We keep what works and fix what's risky. We only suggest a rewrite when fixing would cost more, and we explain why.

Is it safe to share my code with you?

We sign an NDA before the review. We ask for read-only, time-limited access wherever possible and remove it when the work is done.

How does pricing work?

Once the scope is clear, we send a fixed-price proposal. For ongoing work we also offer a monthly support plan. The intro call is free.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. We work remotely with clients in Turkey and abroad. Meetings can be in English or Turkish.

Tell us what you want to build

A short message is enough. We reply within one business day and suggest a time for an intro call.
